摘要
为了解四川省特殊教育教师教育科研现状,文章研究采用问卷法与访谈法对四川省部分特殊教育教师进行了初步调查。结果发现:特校教师科研积极性不高,学校科研氛围不浓;特教教师科研能力不够,对科研工作感到力不从心;教师参与科研培训的机会少;学校的科研管理和评价机制有待加强。建议:通过加强教师理论学习,加强特殊教育教师科研培训,开展微型课题研究,建立健全特教教师科研评价机制等途径来促进特殊教育教师教育科研素养的提高,推动四川省特殊教育事业的不断发展。
This article, by using interviews and questionnaires, aim to probe into the current educational scientific researches of special education teachers in Sichuan province. The results shows the following: the special education teachers show a lowly initiative in educational scientific researches, the scientific research atmosphere is not strong in school; the study ability of education and teaching of the special education teacher is insufficiency, but it far exceeded their ability; less scientific research training opportunities; scientific research management and evaluation mechanism in school needs to be improvement. The article suggests promoting special teacher's scientific?literacy by the following: enhancing the theory study and scientific research training; launching the micro research; establishing the perfect teacher's scientific evaluation mechanism.
