摘要
目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者规范化管理后生活质量、肺功能和急性加重改善情况。方法纳入缓解期COPD患者100例,均采取常规治疗与羧甲司坦联合舒利迭治疗方案,指导规范用药,并给予肺康复指导等。结果与管理前比较,管理后患者COPD评估测试评分(CAT)明显降低(P<0.05),肺功能各指标均明显改善(P<0.05),急性加重次数明显减少(P<0.05),急性加重次数越多CAT越高(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理能够显著改善缓解期COPD患者生活质量和肺功能。
Objective To observe the life quality,pulmonary function and improvement of acute exacerbation in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）after Standardized treatment.Methods One hundred patients with remission stage of COPD were included and treated with the therapeutic scheme of conventional treatment plus carbocisteine combined with seretide,guidance of standardized medication,and pulmonary rehabilitation guidance,etc.Results Compared with before management,the CAT scores after management were significantly decreased（P〈0.05,the various lung function indicators were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,the frequency of acute exacerbation was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.The higher the acute exacerbation frequency,the higher the CAT scores（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The standardized management can significantly improve the life quality and pulmonary function in the patients with COPD.
