抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体相关性血管炎患者Th17相关细胞因子变化及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨辅助性T细胞17(Th17)相关细胞因子水平变化与抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎(AAV)的关系。方法选取37例AAV患者和37例体检健康者(健康对照者)作为研究对象,应用ELISA法检测患者血清中Th17细胞相关细胞因子(IL-17、IL-23、IL-1β和IL-6)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果与健康对照者相比,AAV患者IL-17和IL-23显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与健康对照者相比,AAV患者IL-1β和IL-6水平升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th17细胞相关细胞因子可能是AAV疾病的重要介质,其水平变化可能参与疾病的发生、发展,临床治疗中应给予重视。
