摘要
对国际干细胞产业现状以及产品监管程序进行介绍,分析了我国干细胞产业发展及管理现状,对我国干细胞产业监管政策提出了建立统一、规范的质量检验标准,明确监管单位具体分工;制定干细胞临床研究法规,加强监管力度和审批公开透明度;加强干细胞技术管理国际交流合作;加强管理部门引导工作,开展干细胞技术教育等对策建议。
This article describes the international stem cell industry status and supervision of stem cell,analyzes the development and management of stem cell industry in our country.We recommend establishing unified standards,making regulatory authorities＇ duty clearly,making legislation of stem cell research in clinical and strengthening supervision,strengthening international cooperation in stem cell technology and management and organizing educational activities.
