肾动脉消融治疗高血压现状及展望

摘要 自2014年Symplicity HTN-3研究发表以来,有关肾动脉消融(RDN)治疗高血压的争议不断,为此,对这一领域的研究及应用总体热情下降。本文旨在从RDN基本原理、目前的不确定性、现有临床研究结果及未来研究方向等作一回顾和展望。
