Study on the Problems and Path of the Farmers' Continuous Increasing Income in Six Provinces in Central under the New Economic Normal Background

在经济新常态背景下,农民人均收入增速较慢,与城镇居民收入间的收入差距仍然较大,其原因主要在于发展起点低、基础差和体制的制约。要保证农民持续增收,必须加快农村富余劳动力转移,深入推进新型城镇化建设,搞好国民收入再分配,扶持农民合作社和庄园经济发展,推进农地产权和经营体制改革。

Under the background of economic new normal, the per capital income of farmers is slowly increas- ing; meanwhile, the income gap between urban and urban residents is still large. The reason mainly lies in the low- er development starting level, the weak foundation and the restriction of the system. In order to guarantee a steady increase in rural incomes, it should accelerate the transformation of rural surplus labor force, and promote the farm- land property right and management system, furthermore, reform the redistribution of national income.
