水曲柳体细胞胚发生影响因素研究概况

摘要 水曲柳具有丰富的应用价值,但由于其自身的特性,解决其繁育率低的问题是面临的主要难题。研究发现利用体细胞胚发生作为苗木繁育的新方式具有很重要的作用,本文就水曲柳体细胞胚发生的影响因素进行了简要介绍。 FraxinusMandshurica has plentiful value. The low breeding rateis the main challenge faced due to the-charateristies of oneself. The research found that using somatic embryos occurred as a new way of seedling breeding has obvious effect and influence factors of the somatic embryos of Fraxinusmandshurica occurred were briefly introduced.
