发动机配气机构的凸轮线性设计

摘要 每一个凸轮所对应的气门升程及开闭时间都有自己的运动规律,而该运动规律主要由凸轮的外廓曲线决定,这直接影响并且决定着一款发动机的经济性与动力性。因此,在能源危机日益严重且汽车保有量如此巨大的当今时代,发动机上任何一个零部件的优化改进,都可能对全世界的技术进步有重要的影响。本文通过对凸轮的缓冲段及工作段的线性设计,旨在达到提高发动机充气效率,改善汽车排气质量的目的。 Corresponding to each of a cam of valve lift and opening, the closing time is the motion law and the rules of the movement which is mainly decided by the contour of the cam curve. It directly determines the engine of economy and power. In today's era of energy, the crisis is increasingly serious and car ownership is so huge and the optimization of any part of the engine improvements that may have an important impact on the world's technological progress. In this paper, through the design of the buffer section and the working section of the cam, the purpose is to improve the efficiency of the engine inflation and improving the quality of the automobile exhaust is achieved.
