中国高校智库发展现状与未来策略思考

Current Status and Future Strategy of Think Tanks in Chinese Colleges and Universities

我国高校智库虽然起步晚,但是国家比较重视,发展迅速。我国高校智库存在数量庞大、质量不高、分布不均、影响力不足、运行机制呆板、依附性强等问题。而高校智库最发达的美国因有完善的思想市场使得美国高校智库蓬勃发展,各种类型的智库有灵活的体制机制,保证了美国高校智库优秀成果层出不穷。我国高校智库发展策略应该是从营造高校智库供需市场,维护健康、顺畅的流通机制着手,着力"中国特色",着眼"新型",构建中国特色新型高校智库,创新高校智库内部运行机制,以增强高校智库活力,同时重视人才培养,履行大学职能。

In China,the think tanks in colleges and universities started late,but they have received high attention from the Nation and developed rapidly.Still there are some problems with them such as huge quantity,low quality,uneven distribution,insufficient influence,stiff operation mechanism,strong dependency,etc.By contrast,think tanks in American colleges and universities are the most developed because of its perfect market for ideas.Various kinds of think tanks have flexible systematic mechanism,which ensures they are always capable of producing excellent achievements.So the developmental strategy of think tanks in Chinese colleges and universities should begin from building their supply and demand market,and from keeping a healthy and smooth circulation mechanism.We should focus on＂Chinese characteristics＂and ＂new pattern＂,build new college and university think tanks with Chinese characteristics,and make innovations in their internal operation mechanism,so as to enhance their vitality.Meanwhile we need to attach great importance to talent cultivation,and to perform the functions of colleges and universities.
