人文社科类研究生学术交流体系的构建研究——提升研究生创新思维能力

Research on the Construction of an Academic Exchange System for Humanities and Social Sciences Postgraduates:The Improvement of Postgraduates' Innovative Thinking Ability

研究生学术交流是提升研究生培养质量的重要手段,同时也是培养创新型人才不可或缺的关键环节。本文以安徽师范大学人文社科类硕士研究生为调查对象,分析安徽师范大学硕士研究生学术交流活动现状,并分别从指导思想、建设内容、交流方式及预期目标四个方面给出具体构建人文社科类研究生学术交流平台建议,并为交流平台顺利实施设立评价机制,为教学研究型大学在人文社科类研究生培养实践中通过学术交流平台构建提高创新思维能力提供思路与参考。

Postgraduates＇ academic exchange is an important means to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation, as well as an inevitable link for the cultivation of innovative talents. With humanities and social sciences postgraduates of Anhui Normal University as the investigation object, this paper analyzes the current situation of postgraduates＇ academic exchanges in Anhui Normal University, proposes specific suggestions on the establishment of an academic exchange platform for humanities and social sciences postgraduates from such four aspects as guiding ideology, construction content, way of exchange and expected goal, and establishes an evaluation mechanism for the successful implementation of the exchange platform, hoping to provide a reference for research-oriented universities to improve students＇ innovative thinking ability in the cultivation of humanities and social sciences postgraduates.
