浅谈高校理想信念教育对当代大学生就业观念的影响

良好的理想信念教育意义重大,它可以帮助大学生产生积极向上、方向正确的价值观、人生观、世界观,也可以帮助大学生形成科学的择业观、就业观。从高校教育的角度来说,要塑造大学生正确的就业观念,也必须从理想信念教育入手,在分析当前高校毕业生就业困难的原因的基础上,强化理想信念教育。基于此,本文结合客观实际,科学分析了高校理想信念教育对当代大学生就业观念的影响,希望对业内人士有所启示。

For the contemporary college students, a good ideal and belief education is of great significance, as good faith education can help students to produce positive, upward, correct values,outlook on life and world outlook, and can also help college students to form a scientific career and employment outlook. From the point of view of higher education, we must start with the ideal and belief education to build the correct employment idea, and strengthen the ideal and belief education. Based on this, this paper, combined with the objective reality, scientifically analyzes the influence of ideal and belief education on contemporary college students＇ employment concept, hoping to have some inspiration to the relevant industry.
