摘要 饲料加工工艺与设备课程体系优化是一项综合性的教学改革,对动物科学专业人才知识和技能的培养意义重大。本文围绕该课程体系优化的实质,对理论课、实践教学和教材建设体系进行了探讨,提出了多科性综合设计和二层次实践教学的理论和实践教学优化策略,指出了教材内容编制的科学性、技术性和艺术性。这对农科院校课程体系优化教学改革的推进有一定的借鉴作用。 The optimization of curriculum system for Feed Processing Technology and Equipment is a comprehensive teaching reform. It is significant for the students to achieve knowledge and develop skills in animal science major. This paper focuses on the optimization essence of curriculum system. The theory curriculum system, practice teaching system and textbook construction are discussed. And the optimizing strategies of multidisciplinary design and the two-level teaching method were put forward for the theory teaching and the practice teaching. The textbooks contents should be scientific, technical and artistic. For teaching reform, it is helpful to optimize the curriculum system in agricultural colleges in advance.
