Research on the Voluntary Service Guarantee System for Higher Vocational College Students

大学生志愿服务是充分发挥大学生主体意识,依靠社会各界努力完成的提高大学生综合素质的教育活动。随着大学生志愿服务的广泛开展,越来越多的大学生加入到志愿服务的团队来,想要保障大学生志愿者的切身权利,需要从激励机制、法律法规、资金、经费等方面构建志愿服务的保障体系,从而促进大学生志愿服务活动更深入的发展。

College students＇ voluntary service is an education activity to improve their comprehensive quality by fully playing their subjective consciousness and relying on the efforts from all walks of life. With the wide implementation of college students＇ voluntary service, an increasing number of college students are participating in voluntary service. To ensure the immediate interests and obligations of college student volunteers, we should establish a guarantee system from the incentive mechanism, laws and regulations, funds and expenditures, thereby promoting the further development of college students＇ voluntary service activities.
