学生干部队伍是高校思政教育工作中的一支重要力量,他们是参与教师教育教学,参与同学体艺文卫生活建设的一支特殊群体。学生干部的工作是做学生的工作,随着社会的快速发展,当下高校学生干部的素质参差不齐,产生了很多久为诟病的弊端。深入研究分析当下学生干部群体存在的问题,探寻学生干部培养的方法,不断提高学生干部的素质,才能更好地利用好学生干部队伍,开创高校学生工作的新局面。

As an important force of the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, student cadres are involved in teachers＇ education and teaching and the construction of students＇ life in physical education, art, culture and health.Student cadres＇ work is the work about students. With the rapid development of the society, the present university student cadres＇ qualities are uneven, having caused a lot of problems that have been criticized for long. In order to better play the role of student cadres and create a new situation of university student cadres＇ work, the writer made an in-depth research and analysis on the problems of the present student cadres and explored the methods to train student cadres to continuously improve their qualities.
