当代高校大学生社团建设与管理的探析

Exploration on the Construction and Management of Contemporary College Students' Associations

纵观当代大学生的校园文化建设,学生社团占有举足轻重的地位,同时也是高校进行学生第二课堂教育必不可少的内容。近些年来,高校社团在多方面取得显著进步,但是也暴露出一些问题。本文拟从社团种类、社团管理以及社团建设三方面,探析其中存在的问题,并结合实际情况探索出改进和加强大学生社团建设与管理的新思路,以期为学生们营造良好的社团氛围,促进社团文化持续健康高效发展。

Throughout the campus culture construction of contemporary college students, students＇ associations play a pivotal role and they are also a necessary content of the second class education. In recent years, college associations have made progress in multiple aspects, but there are also some problems. From the types, management and construction of associations, this paper intends to explore the existing problems, and combined with practical situation, explores new ideas for improving and enhancing the construction and management of college students＇ associations, hoping to establish a good association atmosphere and promote the sustainable, healthy and efficient development of association culture.
