摘要
评析从2014年秋季学期开始全面收费的现行研究生奖学金制度,既可以发现新制度的优点,也发现一些仍待解决的问题。为更好发挥奖学金的激励作用,应使奖学金评定指标多元化、评价体系人性化、奖助体系多元化、管理体制规范化。
After an evaluation of the current scholarship system for postgraduates coming into effect at the autumn term of 2014,this paper found some advantages as well as problems of the new system. To give better play to the incentive role of scholarship, we should make the index of scholarship assessment diversified, the evaluation system humanistic, the scholarship system pluralistic and the management system standardized.
