摘要
本着教育公平、因材施教、因性施教的教育理念,从学生、教师的角度来分析青春初期学生接受的教育中性别教育的现状,对于促进学生的全面健康发展和完善教育改革具有一定的意义。性别教育在实施中存在家长缺乏性别教育意识、教师放大男女性别差异、社会对性别教育观念滞后、相关性别课程设置欠合理、普通学校教育不关注性别差异等问题,需要各方努力为青春期学生形成良好的性别教育环境。
In line with the principles of education equity and teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and genders,this paper analyzes the current situation of gender education for adolescent students from the perspective of teachers, aiming to promote students' comprehensive and healthy development and improve education reform. There are still some problems in the implementation of gender education, such as parents' lack of gender education consciousness, teachers' amplification of gender differences, backward social concept on gender education, inappropriate arrangement of related courses, little importance attached to gender differences in common schools and so on, so the efforts of all sides are required to develop a favorable environment for the gender education of adolescent students.
