On the Construction and Application of a Quality Guarantee Mechanism for College Student Party Members: A Case Study on Department of Urban Construction of Shaoyang University

构建大学生党员质量保障机制是提高党员素质、落实从严治党的重要举措。本文以邵阳学院城市建设系学生党支部在大学生党建工作中的实践探索为样本,立足于大学生党员发展的培养、发展、转正、教育、管理等各个阶段,力图构建合理的大学生党员质量保障机制。

To construct a quality guarantee mechanism for college Party members is an important measure for the improvement of Party members＇ quality and the implementation of running the Party strictly. With the practice and exploration of the student Party branch of Department of Urban Construction of Shaoyang University in college student Party construction as the sample,and based on different stages of developing college student Party members, this paper tries to construct a rational quality guarantee mechanism for college student Party members.
