From the new perspective of scientific research innovation, this paper probes into the problem of how to improve the efficiency of management for college students majoring in pharmacy. The research has shown that encouraging undergraduate students to participate in scientific research not only has a significant role in cultivating students＇ ability of practice and innovation, but also narrows the distance between students and instructors in stimulating students＇ enthusiasm for scientific research,builds a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students, strengthens students＇ professional identity perception, and enhances students＇ learning enthusiasm, which undoubtedly will improve the efficiency of the student management of instructors.Hereby, the practice of scientific research innovation runs through the management of students following the guiding ideology of ＂student management drives scientific research, and scientific research promotes student management, both of them boost each other＂, which has a very important significance to improve the efficiency of student management.
