大学生网络创业困境的破解及理性思考

现如今,互联网信息技术快速发展,为大学生的创业多样性创造了机会,大学毕业生的人数在不断增加,矛盾的结构性以及不匹配的供需越来越明显,因此,大学生开辟了新的创业途径,也就是网络创业。尽管网络创业有盈利快、风险小、成本少、资金少等优势,但也存在一些问题,例如,大学生缺乏耐心、不健全的财务制度、缺乏资金的支持、不稳定的货源、经营管理理念的缺乏以及信用等级较低。大部分大学生进行网络创业都十分艰难,充满了挑战。针对这些问题,国家在政策方面予以了一定的支持,学校对于大学生网络创业也越来越重视。学校以及国家还应该依据大学生的实际情况,从网络创业中培养创业者的职业素养、创新创业经营的模式、组建创业团队以及选择创业的项目等方面入手,帮助大学生解决网络创业过程中的实际问题,使大学生进行网络创业成功的概率得以提升,实现通过创业来带动就业。

Currently, the Internet and information technology are developing rapidly, having created various opportunities for college students＇ entrepreneurship. With the increase of college graduates, the incompatible structure and demand are increasingly obvious, so college students have established a new way of entrepreneurship, namely, network entrepreneurship. It has various advantages, such as fast profit, low risk, low cost and little money required, but it also has some problems, such as college students＇ lack of persistence, imperfect financial system, lack of financial support, unstable source of goods, lack of marketing ideas and low level of credit. Most college students have a bad time in network entrepreneurship which is full of challenges. In view of these problems, our country has announced some policies and college leaders have attached more and more importance to college students＇ network entrepreneurship. In accordance with college students＇ practical situations, college leaders and the government should also cultivate entrepreneurs＇ professional quality,innovate the mode of entrepreneurship and operation, establish entrepreneurship teams and select entrepreneurship projects,help college students to solve their practical problems, and improve the possibilities of their success in entrepreneurship, thus promoting employment through entrepreneurship.
