摘要
目的对黄花败酱草化学成分进行研究。方法利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱﹑Sephadex LH-20柱色谱﹑ODS柱色谱等色谱手段进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学等方法鉴定其结构。结果从黄花败酱草植物的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸、阿魏酸、原儿茶酸、没食子酸、β-谷甾醇和7β-羟基-β-谷甾醇。结论化合物咖啡酸、阿魏酸、没食子酸和7β-羟基-β-谷甾醇为首次从黄花败酱草(Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch)植物中分离得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch. Methods Macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatography and ODS column chromatography column chromatography were used for isolation and purification. Structures of the compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and by spectral methods. Results Six compounds were obtained from the 95% ethanol- water extracts of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch,which were identified as caffeic acid( 1),ferulic acid( 2),proeocatechuic acid( 3),gallic acid( 4),β- sitosterol( 5) and 7β- hydroxysitosterol( 6) respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1,2,3 and 6 were isolated from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch for the first time.
