鸦胆子联合NP方案综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

The Clinical Effect Observation of Brucea Javanica Combined with NP Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察鸦胆子联合NP方案综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法以我院2012年8月至2014年1月收治的80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予单纯NP方案治疗,观察组患者则行鸦胆子联合NP方案治疗,比较两组患者在临床疗效、治疗后不良反应及生活质量上的区别。结果经过治疗后,两组患者近期治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者生活质量总改善率、白细胞下降率、血小板下降率分别为52.5%、37.5%、35.0%,与对照组患者的20.0%、60.0%、57.5%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子联合NP方案能有效改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的症状,降低治疗不良反应发生率,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Brucea Javanica combined with NP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non- small cell lung cancer. Methods From August 2012 to January 2014,80 cases with advanced non- small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group. The control group were given only NP chemotherapy,while the observation group were treated with Brucea Javanica combined with NP chemotherapy. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical curative effect,adverse reactions and quality of life. Results After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05） between the two groups in total efficiency of recent treatment. Besides,in the observation group,the improvement rate of life quality,the descent rate of white blood cells and platelets were 52. 5%,37. 5% and 35% respectively,compared with 20. 0%,60. 0% and 57. 5% of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive use of Brucea Javanica combined with NP chemotherapy can effectively improve physical conditions of patients,reduce rate of adverse reactions and enhance life quality,worthy to be clinically promoted.
