腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎临床疗效观察

The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Appendectomy in Treatment of Appendicitis

目的分析腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法选择2014年8月至2015年5月期间本院收治的84例阑尾炎患者,将这84例阑尾炎患者按照随机分配的原则,分成观察组和对照组,每组42例,对观察组患者给予腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术治疗,对对照组患者给予传统阑尾炎切除术治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果在观察组患者中,术中出血量为(35±15)m L;手术时间为(21±5)min;住院时间(2±1.5)d,并发症发生率为4.8%;在对照组患者中,术中出血量为(109±15)m L,手术时间为(43±5)min,住院时间(6±1.5)d,并发症发生率为26.2%,两组患者的临床治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术在治疗阑尾炎中疗效显著,减少了并发症的发生,降低了术中出血量,缩短了患者的住院时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods 84 cases of appendicitis treated in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2015,were divided according to the principle of random distribution into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group. Patients of the observation group were given laparoscopic appendectomy,while those of the control group were treated by the traditional appendectomy. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results For the patients of the observation group,the intraoperative blood loss was（ 35 ± 15） m L,the operation time was（ 21 ± 5） min,the length of hospital stay was（ 2 ± 1. 5） d,the incidence of complications was 4. 8%. For the patients of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was（ 109 ± 15） m L,the operation time was（ 43 ± 5） min,the length of hospital stay was（ 6 ± 1. 5） d,the incidence of complications was 26. 2%. There was statistically significant difference in clinical curative effects of the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis is distinct in the aspect of lowering the complications,reducing the intraoperative blood loss and shortening the patients＇ hospital stay.
