摘要
针对不同温度条件下水泥注浆施工,在实验室进行了各温度条件下,水灰比对水泥浆液凝结时间、黏度、结石率和析水率影响的实验研究,并对结石率和析水率进行相关性分析。结果表明,随温度升高,浆液的初凝、终凝时间都缩短,但缩短的幅度越来越低;低水灰比时,随温度升高黏度增大,水灰比达到一定高度时,温度对黏度的影响不明显;随温度升高,结石率增大,析水率降低。而随水灰比的增大,浆液性能向相反的方向发展。相关性分析表明结石率和析水率有高度显著的一元线性关系。
The experimental study on the effect of temperature and water cement ratio on setting time,viscosity,concretion rate and syneresis rate of cement grout was taken in the laboratory aiming at grouting construction in different temperature,and the linear correlation analysis of concretion rate and syneresis rate was carried out. The results showed that both the initial setting time and the final setting time were reduced,however,the descending developed slowly as the temperature rose. Moreover,the viscosity elevated in low water cement ratio as the temperature increased,while the viscosity had no distinct difference in high water cement ratio.And it presented the increased concretion rate and the decreased syneresis rate with the enhancement of temperature. The properties of cement grout developed in the opposite direction as the water cement ratio increased. The obvious linear relationship between concretion rate and syneresis rate was determined through one-dimensional linear regression.
