Design and Implementation of Service System for Archives Utilization Based on Android Mobile Platform

目前,高校档案利用服务中需求量最大的是学生的学籍档案,针对当前档案利用需要到档案馆办理,耗时费力等缺点,提出基于Android平台的档案利用服务平台移动智能终端应用,利用智能手机等移动终端APP实现个人电子档案的查询浏览、提出利用申请等流程给广大师生、校友提供了便捷地利用服务,同时也大大地提高了电子档案的管理水平,对推动电子档案管理技术的发展具有积极的意义。

At present, the biggest requirement for archives utilization service in universities is student status file. For the current archives utilization needs to go to archives, which is time-consuming and laborious, an archives utilization service system based on Android mobile platform is put forward. The system uses smart phones and other mobile terminal APP to achieve such functions as browsing personal electronic files, putting forward applications for using archives and etc., which provides a convenient service for teachers, students and schoolmates. Also it greatly improves the management level of electronic archives, and has positive significance to promote the development of electronic archives management.
