On the Forms of Marriages Breaching the Rituals in The Book of Songs and the Reasons

《诗经》收录的许多反映婚姻形态的诗歌,从不同侧面诠释了西周、春秋时期原始的婚姻习俗。如媵婚制、烝婚、报婚等这些严重违背婚姻礼制的婚姻形态的存在与原始的群居野合习俗、生产力发展水平、政治外交以及宗法制有着密切的关系。

Many poems reflecting marriage forms included in The Book of Songs interpreted the original marriage customs of the Western Zhou Dynasty and the Spring and Autumn period from different sides. These marriage forms such as the concubine marriage system, ＂zheng＂ marriage, ＂bao＂ marriage seriously breached marriage rituals, whose existence had a close relationship with the original custom of social sex outdoors, the development level of productive forces, political diplomacy and patriarchal clan system.
