Private vocational college is an important part of higher education in China,at the same time,they shoulder the important mission of cultivating applied talents. At present,we notice that how to transform of the underachiever in the private vocational colleges is an important and difficult work. In this article,according to the characteristics of the underachiever,we analyze the causes of them and put forward the five methods of transformation of underachiever in the private higher vocational colleges.
