急性心肌梗死患者血清GDF-15与CK-MB、cTnI、Mb之间的关系 被引量:21

Relationship among serum growth differentiation factor-15, creatine kinase MB, cardiac troponin I and myoglobin in patients with acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)与肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、肌红蛋白(Mb)之间的关系。方法 选取广东省台山市人民医院心内科2013年12月~2014年12月收治的AMI患者127例即观察组,其中男性71例,女性56例,年龄51~82岁,平均年龄(71.28±10.83)岁;同时选取在本院体检的健康人群104例作为对照组,其中男性62例,女性42例,年龄50~84岁,平均年龄(70.02±11.76)岁。检测两组血清转化生长因子15(GDF-15)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)、肌红蛋白(Mb)水平。结果 观察组血清GDF-15水平明显高于对照组[(3.04±1.09)g/L vs.(0.41±0.13)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。与对照组比较,观察组c Tn I、CK-MB和Mb均升高,数值为[(0.31±0.11)g/L vs.(3.82±1.53)g/L]、[(16.53±5.09)g/L vs.(45.07±13.16)g/L]和[(40.17±4.15)g/L vs.(201.11±45.62)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,血清GDF-15与c Tn I、CK-MB、Mb呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.427、0.409、0.511(P均〈0.01)。结论 急性心肌梗死患者GDF-15与c Tn I、CK-MB和Mb均升高,且GDF-15越高c Tn I、CK-MB和Mb也越高,GDF-15可能成为AMI诊断的新指标。 Objective To discuss the relationship among serum growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15), ereatine kinase MB (CK-MB), cardiac troponin I (eTnI) and myoglobin (Mb) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods AMI patients (n=127, male 71, female 56, aged from 51 to 82 and average age=71.28 ± 10.83) were chosen as observation group from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2014. Meanwhile the healthy controls with physical examinations (n=104, male 62, female 42, aged from 50 to 84 and average age=70.02 ± 11.76) were chosen as control group. The levels of serum GDF-15, CK-MB, cTnI and were detected in 2 groups. Results The level of serum GDF-15 was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group [(3.04± 1.09) g/L vs. (0.41 ± 0.13) g/L, P〈0.01]. Compared with control group, the levels of cTnI, CK-MB and Mb increased [(0.31 ± 0.11) g/Lvs. (3.82± 1.53) g/L], [(16.53 ± 5.09) g/L vs. (45.07±13.16) g/L] and [(40.17±4.15) g/L vs. (201.11±45.62) g/L] in observation group (all P〈0.05). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that level of serum GDF-15 was positively correlated to eTnI, CK-MB and Mb (r=0.427, r=0.409, r=0.511, all P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum GDF-15, eTnI, CK-MB and Mb all increase in AMI patients, and GDF-15 is positively correlated to eTnI, CK-MB and Mb. GDF-15 may be a new diagnostic index for AMI.
