KCND3基因与心房颤动 被引量:1

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床中常见的持续性心律失常[1]。横断面调查[2]显示房颤的发病率自1990年来显著增高。研究表明[3]在2001~2012年的11年内,中国房颤的发病率增加了20倍,房颤相关性卒中增加了13倍,约五分之一的中国成年人有房颤风险,且随年龄增加而增加。房颤不仅危害着国民的健康,也对社会经济造成了重大负担。相比男性房颤患者,女性患者的年龄更大、症状更多、卒中的风险也更高[4]。
