摘要
在商用LTE基站系统中,小区之间存在业务量不均衡的情况,特别是热点区域,某些小区处于高负载状态,为了均衡小区的业务负载,引入了移动负载均衡(MLB)技术。选择合适用户(UE)切换到相邻低负载小区,从而有效地提高了整体网络资源效率和吞吐量,同时也能增强用户的性能体验。提出了一种以用户的RSRP和邻区PRB利用率为参数,基于UE业务量的异频切换负载均衡算法,选择出适量的UE切换到目标邻区中,从而达到网络负载均衡。根据实际基站调试结果表明,该算法能够快速精确地切换特定业务量的UE,明确了要卸载的业务量,并且提升了网络吞吐量和UE吞吐量。
In the commercial LTE base stations system,there exists traffic imbalance among cells.Especially in hotspot areas,some cells is overload condition. In order to balance cells traffic load,mobility load balancing( MLB) technology is introduced. The appropriate user equipments( UEs) are chosed to switch to a neighbouring low load cell,accordingly,both utilization of the network resource and the system's throughput can be improved efficiently,meanwhile,the performance experience of the user can also be enhanced. In this paper,MLB algorithm based on UE traffic is proposed,which chooses right amount of UEs to switch to the target cells according to user 's RSRP and neighbouring cell 's PRB usage,so as to achieve the network load balance. According to the practical base station test result,it shows that the algorithm can switch specific traffic 's ues quickly and accurately,and make clear to discharge traffic,and improve both the network throughput and UE throughput.
