摘要
针对目前机床热场测量应用实验法和有限元法的局限,文中采取将两者结合形成虚实结合的方法来在线实时测量机床部件热特性。最后给出的实例表明,文中提出的方法达到了热场实时测量的要求,且比响应面法具有更好的精度。
In view of the present limitations of experiment method and finite element method( FEM) in machine tool thermal filed measurement,this paper mixes these two methods to form a new method named virtual-real mixed method to measure the thermal characteristics of machine components online and realtime. The given example shows that the proposed method can satisfy the requirements of real-time measurement for thermal field of machine tool and can get better accuracy than the response surface method.
