三种腐植酸对铅酸电池负极板电化学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of three kinds of humic acid on the electrochemical properties of negative plates of lead-acid batteries

摘要 在铅酸蓄电池负极中,分别添加了质量分数相同的三种腐植酸制备出不同腐植酸掺杂的负极板,并将其与常规的铅酸电池正极板组装成小电池。在对组装的小电池进行电化学测试的基础上,利用红外、X射线衍射、电子扫描电镜等技术对得到的三种负极材料进行了表征。研究结果表明,不同种类的腐植酸具有不同的形貌,其将显著影响铅酸电池的容量。一般含有更多羟基的腐植酸所对应的铅酸电池具有较高的放电容量。 Three kinds of humic acids were respectively doped into negative lead paste at the same content. And then the humic acid-doped negative plates were assembled with normal positive plates to make small batteries. The simulated batteries were measured electrochemically to evaluate the influence of humic acid on the electrochemical performance of the prepared battery. The produced humic acid-doped negative plates were characterized by FTIR, XRD and SEM. The results indicated that different kinds of humic acid had various morphologies, which may lead to significant effect on the capacity of prepared battery. Generally speaking, the lead-acid battery with humic acid that contains more —OH groups delivered larger discharge capacity.
