摘要
根据穿壁焊原理,改进挤压方式,使穿壁焊整个过程都有跟随式压力(恒定压力)。通过内阻测试、扭矩测试、界面观察、金相观察等,证明该方法可有效提高穿壁焊质量。
According to the principle of TTP(through the partition) welding, through the improvement of welding squeeze method, the constant pressure was kept throughout the welding process. The method was proved to improve the quality of TTP welding by the tests of internal resistance, torque, interface observation and metallographic observation.
