摘要
根据客户特殊需求,通过紧装配、增加竖筋条截面积等结构改进以及正极配方调整等设计方案,开发功率型小型阀控铅酸蓄电池。对制作的电池按测试内容检测比较得出,优化设计方案的电池的3C大电流放电性能、荷电保持能力和100%DOD循环寿命等均满足客户要求。
According the special technical requirement from the customer, a small-capacity power VRLA was developed by structure improvement, such as pack assembly and increasing the cross area of vertical ribs as well as adjustment the formula for positive active material. The testing results showed that the performance parameters of the battery using the optimized proposal, such as high-rate discharge at 3C, charge retention, and cycle-life at 100 % depth of discharge can meet the actual technical requirements.
