摘要 为减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率和安全性,实现旋锻机工作的自动化,结合旋锻机上下料的生产过程,研制了一种旋锻机自动上下料装置。介绍了旋锻机上下料装置的机械结构和控制系统设计,给出设计思路和实现方法;对整机系统的可靠性和安全性作出分析,指出系统中的不可靠性和不安全性的原因,并给出解决的方法。经过样机的装配联调,该装置已交付用户使用。使用结果表明,该装置能够满足旋锻机上下料过程的自动化需求。 In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve production efficiency and safety, realize the automation of the work of the rotary forging machine, combined with the production process of the rotary forging machine, the automatic up-down material device of the rotary forging machine is developed. This paper illustrates the mechanical structure and control system design of the automatic up-down material device of the rotary forging machine in detail, and provides a kind of design ideas and realization methods; the article also made an analysis to the reliability and security of the whole system, pointed out the reasons, and put forward the solution. After the assembly and alignment of the prototype, the device has been turned over to the user to use. The results show that the device can meet the requirement of the automation of the up-down material process of the rotary forging machine.
