摘要
对硫酸铵焙烧钛渣后的熟料进行了溶出单因素试验,研究了搅拌速率、液固比、溶出时间和溶出温度对二氧化钛溶出率的影响。得到最佳试验条件,即在搅拌速率500 r/min,液固比5∶1,溶出时间60 min,溶出温度70℃时,二氧化钛溶出率可达92%。并对硫酸铵焙烧钛渣后的熟料进行了反应动力学研究,结果表明:熟料的溶出过程受通过固体产物层的内扩散控制,溶出反应的表观活化能为20.96 k J/mol。
Through single factor experiments,the effects of stirring rate,mass ratio of water-to-ore,dissolving time,and dissolving temperature on dissolving ratio of the grog of roasting titania slag with ammonium sulfate were investigated. The optimum dissolving technological conditions were obtained as stirring rate of 500 r / min,mass ratio of water-to-ore of 5∶ 1,dissolving time of 60 min and dissolving temperature of 70℃. The dissolving ratio of Ti O2 was about 92% under the optimum conditions. The dissolving kinetics of the grog of roasting titania slag with ammonium sulfate was studied. The results showed that the dissolving process of the grog was controlled by the internal diffusion on the solid product layer and the apparent activation energy for the dissolving reaction was 20. 96 k J / mol.
