摘要
本文通过ZCS-7/11-Ⅱ型喷射机上料除尘装置在阳煤一矿成功的试验应用,表现出了在降低粉尘浓度、减少回弹、满足抗压强度等方面的突出特点。通过优化改进和持续试验应用,为职工创造了良好的工作环境,有效地维护了职工的身体健康,并为湿式喷浆工艺在阳煤集团的推广提供了装备保障。
The successful test of ZCS-7/11- II type injection machine loading material and dust removal device in Yangquan coal mine showed it has the outstanding advantage in reducing the dust concentration, reducing the rebound, meeting the compressive strength, by optimizing improvement and continuous test application, to create a good working environment for the employees, effective maintenance of the health of workers, and provides support equipment for the promotion of Wet Shotcreting Technology in Yangquan Coal Group.
