摘要
煤矿安全,关系到煤炭工业持续和稳定,以及我国的能源消费平衡,预防和控制煤矿安全事故的发生,为煤矿安全生产提供了有力保障。本文通过对煤矿安全事故内涵和已发生安全事故的原因进行分析,探讨了煤矿安全事故发生概率和煤矿生产系统之间的关系,并对导致煤矿安全事故的因子进行了总结分析。研究结果为更好的建立安全事故预防和控制系统提供了理论参考。
Mine safety, related to the coal industry sustained and stable, as well as China's energy consumption balance, which provides a strong guarantee to prevent and control the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents. In this paper, it explores the relationship between probability and coal mine safety accidents production systems, and the factors leading to coal mine safety accidents were analyzed based on the connotation of safety and coal mine accidents have occurred to analyze the causes of accidents. The results provide a theoretical reference for the better established safety and accident prevention and control system.
