本文对重介质选煤工艺的概念内涵、基本工作机理和与之相配套的选煤设备进行探讨,阐述了五种较具代表性的重介质选煤工艺流程,对各种类型的选煤厂提出具体的应用对策以及需要改善的方面。

This paper mainly studies the connotation of the concept of heavy medium coal preparation process and basic work mechanism and the coal preparation equipment matched with it, and then describes the five more representative of heavy medium coal preparation process, the concrete application countermeasures for various types of coal preparation plant were put forward. Through the research, it is found that, although the process has very obvious technical and economic advantages, however, it still exists a series of problems in the specific application process, and must be improved in the future.
