摘要 感染性疾病是威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。目前感染性微生物的变异率越来越高,微生物种类越来越多,出现次数也愈加频繁,这些严峻的现实给病原微生物的鉴定提出了更大的挑战。因此,研究和发展一种实时、高效检测微生物挥发性有机物(microbial volatile organic compounds,MVOCs)的技术,快速鉴定病原微生物,对感染性疾病的早期临床治疗和预后有重要意义。笔者查阅相关文献,简要介绍了国内外几种常见检测MVOCs的方法及基本原理,对其近年来在感染性微生物鉴定中的最新应用研究进展进行综述,并展望其未来发展趋势。 Infectious disease is one of the serious diseases threating human health. At present, the aberration rate of infectious microorganism turns to be higher, species of microorganism are becoming diversified, and appears more frequently, these grim facts put forward greater challenges on identification of pathogenic microorganisms. Thus, it is of critical meaningful for early clinical treatment and prognosis of infectious diseases by developing a real-time and efficient technology that could detect microbial volatile organic compounds, and quickly identify pathogenic microorganisms. The author reviewed literatures, briefly introduced several common methods of MVOCs detection and their basic principles at home and abroad, summarized their latest application progress in identification of pathogenic microorganisms, and prospected their future development trend.
