①目的探讨拉玛泽减痛分娩法对促进产妇自然分娩产程的影响;②方法选取新兴县妇幼保健院2014年1月~2015年9月就诊的高中以上文化程度非离异、情绪稳定的孕产妇478名作为研究对象（除外具有剖宫产指征及拒绝自然分娩者）,随机分为观察组和对照组,各239名。观察组实施拉玛泽减痛分娩法,对照组实施常规分娩法。对比两组疼痛情况、3个自然产程所用时间;③结果观察组自然分娩3个产程的平均疼痛分数为213.67分,明显低于对照组（474.00分）;观察组总产程所用时间（7.50±1.57）h,明显低于对照组（9.59±2.64）h,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;④结论在临床中应用拉玛泽减痛分娩法对孕产妇进行产前教育及指导,能够有效降低孕产妇由于自然分娩引起的疼痛,缩短产程时间,避免产妇产伤及新生儿的多种疾病,降低剖宫产率。

Objective To investigate the lamaza method to promote the effect of maternal natural childbirth birth process;Methods A total of Xinxing County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to September 2015,the treatment above senior high school learning degree non divorced,emotional stability of maternal 478 as the main object of study（except with caesarean section yield index sign and refuse delivery）,were randomly divided to observation group and control group,each were 239.The observation group to implement the lamaza method of childbirth to reduce pain,while the control group with routine method of childbirth;maternal pain were compared between the 2groups of natural childbirth way;and compared three natural labor time length.Results The average pain score in the observation group was 213.67,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（7.50±1.57）hours,and the total time of the observation group was（9.59±2.64）hours（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical application lamaza reducing pain of childbirth of pregnant and lying in women for prenatal education and guidance,can effectively reduce maternal due to the pain caused by natural childbirth,shorten the labor time,avoid maternal birth injury and neonatal diseases,reduce the cesarean section rate.
