职高生心理韧性、学业自我效能感与学习倦怠的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between resilience,academic self-efficacy and learning burnout of vocational high school students

摘要 1目的探讨职高生学习倦怠的状况及其与心理韧性、学业自我效能感的关系。2方法采用中学生学习倦怠问卷、青少年心理韧性量表和学业自我效能感问卷对唐山市3所职教中心676名职业高中生实施测试。3结果职高生的学习倦怠得分较低,并且在性别方面存在显著差异。男生在情绪耗竭(t=4.543,P<0.01)、师生疏离(t=5.035,P<0.01)维度上的得分及倦怠总分(t=4.663,P<0.01)显著高于女生;职高学生的心理韧性水平与其学业倦怠存在显著负相关(r=-0.497,P<0.01)。职高生学业自我效能感与学习倦怠存在显著负相关(r=-0.568,P<0.01)。4结论职高生的学业倦怠水平较低,且存在性别差异;心理韧性越差,学业自我效能感水平越低,其学习倦怠程度越高。 Objective To understand the characteristics of learning burnout in vocational high school students and the relationship between resilience,academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.Methods 676 students in 3vocational high schools in Tangshan city were measured as subjects by using teenager resilience scales,academic elf-efficacy question-Naire and the junior middle school burnout questionnaires.Results The learning burnout score of vocational high school students was low,and there were significant gender differences in the emotional dimension of depletion(t=4.543,P〈0.01),the estrangement between teachers and students(t=5.035,P〈0.01)and the burnout scores(t=4.663,P〈0.01),boys were significantly higher than girls;There was a negative correlation between resilience and academic burnout of students(r=-0.497,P〈0.01);Vocational high school students academic self-efficacy and learning burnout existed significant negative correlation(r=-0.568,P 〈0.01).Conclusion The learning burnout level is low,and there is significant gender difference;Their resilience is lower,the academic self-efficacy is lower,their learning burnout is higher.
