摘要
蓝石棉是碱性角闪石的纤维变种,是一种较为稀见的特种非金属矿产。其生成与古板块陆内俯冲或大推覆构造由此而产生的剪切应变作用密切相关。围岩常是富含钠、镁、铁质岩石。矿体多赋存在以蓝闪石、钠长石、黑硬绿泥石、多硅白云母等组合的低温高压蓝片岩变质带中,其产出形态多为脉状。蓝石棉不仅以其极细的纤维使之具有特殊的过滤性能,并作为蓝片岩重要组成矿物,为研究古板块构造提供重要信息,深为地质学家所重视。
Blue asbestos is a fibrous variety( morph) derived from alkali hornblende and is a kind of special non-metallic mineral resources seldom seen. Its genesis is closely related to shear strain action resulted from palaeo-plate continental subduction or huge nappe structure. The country rocks are often rich in Na,Mg and Fe. The orebodies mostly occur in low-temperature and high-pressure metamorphic blue schist zone composed of such mineral assemblages as glaucophane(glaukophan),albite,stilpnomelane(minguetite) phengite,etc.; The occurrence morphology are mostly vein-like. The blue asbestos not only is possessed of the special filter property becauses of its very fine fiber but also will provide improtant information for researches on palaeo-plate structure. This might deeply attract geologists attention.
