心理干预在勃起功能障碍患者中的护理对策与效果观察

Nursing Countermeasure and Effect Observation of Psychological Intervention for Erectile Dysfunction

目的:观察心理干预在勃起功能障碍患者护理中的效果。方法:随机抽取2013年7月-2015年8月本院门诊收治的60例勃起功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用回顾分析法,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理进行干预,治疗组采用心理干预护理模式,对两组患者的护理效果、ASA评分等进行观察比较。结果:60例勃起功能障碍患者中,对照组痊愈12例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67%,满意度83.33%;治疗组痊愈20例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67%,满意度96.67%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者ASA评分比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对勃起功能障碍患者采用心理干预,可以提高患者的满意度和临床治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Objective： To observe the effect of psychological intervention for erectile dysfunction. Method： From July 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital 60 patients with erectile dysfunction were randomly chosen as the research objects using retrospective analysis, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, while the ireatment group was given psychological intervention.The nursing results and ASA scores of two groups were observed and compared.Result： Among 60 patients with erectile dysfunction, in the control group, 12 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.67% and the satisfaction rate was 83.33%.In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.67% and the satisfaction rate was 96.67%.According to the comparison of the clinical effect of two groups, the efficacy of the treatment group was remarkably better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .In comparison of ASA score, the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The application of psychological intervention for patients with erectile dysfunction can improve the satisfaction rate and clinical treatment effect, which is worthy to be widely recommended.
