重症肺炎痰热壅肺型患者应用清肺涤痰法治疗的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Qingfei Phlegm in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia Patients with Phlegm Heat Obstructing in the Lung Type

目的:探讨清肺涤痰法治疗重症肺炎痰热壅肺型患者的临床效果。方法:特选取2014年5月-2015年10月在本院接受治疗的重症肺炎痰热壅肺型患者64例,并按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组两组,每组均32例。予以对照组患者常规治疗方案,试验组患者则在此基础上加以使用清肺涤痰法进行治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后多器官功能障碍评分(Marshall评分)、肺部感染评分(CPIS评分)及中医证候积分情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者多器官功能障碍评分、肺部感染评分、中医证候积分等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周时,两组患者各项指标评分均有所下降,但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,试验组患者多器官功能障碍评分(3.74±1.73)分、肺部感染评分(4.08±1.49)分、中医证候积分(6.22±1.79)分等均明显低于对照组的(4.79±2.32)分、(5.39±2.69)分和(8.41±2.33)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎痰热壅肺型患者使用清肺涤痰法进行治疗后,患者的各项功能评分有了明显改善,炎性症状控制效果较优,机体内各脏器功能损害程度明显下降,效果较好。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Qingfei Phlegm in the treatment of severe pneumonia patients with Phlegm Heat Obstructing in the Lung Type.Method： Sixty-four severe pneumonia patients with Phlegm Heat Obstructing in the Lung Type from May 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table, thirty-two patients in each group.Patients of the control group were given routine treatment, while patients of the experimental group were given Qingfei Phlegm treatment on the basis of the control group.The muhiple organ dysfunction score （ Marshall score ）, pulmonary infection score （ CPIS score ） and Chinese medicine syndrome score of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result： Before treatment, the difference in multiple organ dysfunction score, pulmonary infection score, TCM syndrome score between two groups had no statistic significant （ P〉0.05 ） .After one week of treatment, the scores of two groups were all decreased but the difference between the two groups still had no statistic significant （ P〉0.05 ） .After two weeks of treatment, the multiple organ dysfunction score, pulmonary infection score and TCM syndrome score of the experimental group patients were （ 3.74 ± 1.73 ）, （ 4.08 ± 1.49 ） and （ 6.22 ± 1.79 ）, which were significantly lower than （ 4.79 ± 2.32 ）, （ 5.39 ± 2.69 ） and （ 8.41 ± 2.33 ） of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For severe pneumonia patients with Phlegm Heat Obstructing in the Lung Type, the using of Qingfei Phlegm therapy obviously improves the patients＇ function score, it has a good control effect on inflammatory symptom, obviously decreases the body damage degree of each viscera function, which shows a good clinical effect.
