摘要
目的：观察玻璃体切除术中运用巩膜外顶压法行周边视网膜光凝治疗视网膜疾病的疗效。方法：收集2014年8-11月在本院行玻璃体切除联合周边视网膜光凝的术眼45只,术后随访其视力、眼压,三面镜观察其周边视网膜恢复情况。结果：手术前矫正视力：光感~0.5,手术后矫正视力：手动~1.0。视网膜脱离合并周边视网膜裂孔的患眼,视网膜复位良好,裂孔封闭良好,未见PVR的出现。结论：对玻璃体切除术中合并周边视网膜病变的病例,术中无法视及周边视网膜病变区的患者,运用巩膜外顶压的方法,可以清晰视及周边眼底情况,可直视下行视网膜光凝治疗,具有定量、定点直视和微创的优点。
Objective： To observe the effect of retina diseases with peripheral retinal photocoagulation with episcleral indentation in vitrectomy.nethod： From August 2014 to November 2014 in the hospital 45 cases were treated with vitrectomy combined peripheral retinal photocoagulation.The visual acuity, intraocular pressure and the peripheral retinal recovery by three sides mirror examination were observed postoperatively.Result： Best corrected visual acuity pretoperation LP-0.5, postoperation HM-1.0.The retina reattached successfully in the eyes with retinal detachment combined peripheral retinal tears, PVR was not observed.Concluslon： Peripheral retinal photocoagulation by episcleral indentation can be used in these cases which the peripheral retinal disease region are not seen in the vitrectomy.This method can clearly see and peripheral fundus and look straight downward for retinal photocoagulation treatment.The treatment becomes quantitative, fixed-point and minimally invasive.
