摘要
塑造儿童青少年的健全人格是促进社会和谐、儿童身心健康,培养创新人才的重要举措,在儿童早期进行健全人格培养是十分必要的。通过教师和家长对小学生人格5个维度15个特质的重要性排序,结合检索到的国内外文献,选出10个典型的积极人格特质,并以此来确定小学生健全人格发展的总目标。依据小学生健全人格总目标及教师和家长对小学生人格特征描述的质化分析结果,并根据小学生人格发展特点,提出小学生健全人格的年龄阶段目标。依据确立的总目标和阶段目标,教育者和家长应采用适当的方式培养小学生的健全人格。
The healthy development of personality has relationship with personal happiness and mental health, healthy personality training in early childhood is very necessary. Whith five dimensions by teachers and parents of pupils personality and 15 characteristics of the importance of sorting, combining the retrieved literature at home and abroad, we selected 10 typical positive personality traits, and used that to determine the overall goal of the student healthy personality development. According to the primary school students healthy personality overall goal and teachers and parents of pupils personality characteristic description of qualitative analysis, and according to the primary school students personality development characteristics and the primary and middle school mental health education guidance outline(2012 revision) ",we put forward the elementary student healthy personality of target age stage. Based on the establishment of the general objective and goals, educators and parents should use proper ways to cultivate healthy personality of students.
