摘要
本研究采用实验法和问卷法,探讨了认知风格和他人反馈对大学生网络社交满意度的影响,结果发现:(1)场依存型被试更愿意在微信朋友圈中发布状态;(2)接受肯定反馈后,被试与反馈者进行后续交往、发布类似消息的意愿最强,收到否定反馈时较弱,未收到反馈时最差;(3)反馈类型和认知风格的交互作用在是否愿意发布类似消息意愿上边缘显著,仅在收到否定反馈后,场依存组更愿意发布类似消息。结果表明:认知风格和他人反馈对网络社交的影响与其对传统社交的影响相似。
The study aims to investigate the effects of cognitive styles and feedback types on college students’ online social satisfaction through the experiment and questionnaire. The results showed that:(1)The dependent subjects were more willing to using friends’ circle;(2) After the given feedback, on the subjects’ attitude toward comments and commentators as well as the willing of making friends with the commentators later on and posting similar information in real life, the main effect of feedback types was significant. The score of reaction to the positive feedback was higher than the negative one, and no-feedback reaction got the lowest score;(3) The interaction between feedback types and cognitive styles had a significant tendency and the dependent group was more likely to post similar information than the independent group after receiving negative feedbacks while there was no significant difference in other conditions.These results lead to a conclusion that the influence of cognitive styles and feedback types on online social is similar to that on traditional social.
