高校创业教育创新模式研究

Research on the Innovation Mode of Entrepreneurship Education

国家鼓励高校加大力度投入创业教育事业,各高校积极响应国家政策号召,创业教育整体状态良好,但仍有很多不足之处,有待创新改进。创业教育模式改革,可从加强师生创业教育理念的变革,实现创业教育大众化、普及化;充分利用地域特征优势,共建公共服务平台;科学合理建设各高校创业教育教学体系;增强创业教育师资队伍力量,强化师资内涵深度等几方面着手进行,力求符合时代特征,符合人才综合发展要求,培养具有创新意识、创业能力的高素质人才。

The state encourages universities to increase in entrepreneurial education and universities actively response to the national policy. Although entrepreneurship education is generally in good condition,there are still many deficiencies,which require improvement and innovation. We can carry out entrepreneurship education model reform from the following aspects,teachers and students should strengthen their concept of entrepreneurship education reform to realize the popularization of entrepreneurship education; regional characteristic advantage should be made full use of to build the public service platform; we should construct the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teaching system in a scientific and reasonable way; entrepreneurship education teachers’ team as well as their connotation depth should be strengthened and so on. We should make every effort to adapt to the characteristics of the times,conform to the requirements of the comprehensive development of talents,and cultivate high-quality talents with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurship competence.
