Current Status of Middle School English Teachers' Training and Analysis of Demands in the Context of the New Curriculum——Taking Zhangzhou Experimental Middle School for Example

在新课程改革的背景下,中学英语教师需要通过培训提高综合素质能力以顺应改革的要求。然而目前中学英语教师培训现状令人担忧。以漳州实验中学英语教师为例调查教师培训需求,为当地培训机构和组织提供参考和建议。

In the context of new curriculum reform,middle school teachers are expected to strengthen their comprehensive quality by training in order to adapt to reform requirements. However,the current status of training of middle school English teachers is worrying. Taking English teachers of Zhangzhou Experimental Middle School for example,this paper investigates teachers’ training demands in order to provide reference and suggestions for the local training institutes and organizations.
